Morning:
I even have a 6-month-old daughter, Jax, so my mornings are a bit different from how they were once. Today, she woke up around 5:30 a.m., and we had our own family cuddle with my husband and our French Bulldog, Steven. It’s a nice way to experience linked and start the day.
I’ve always been a morning person, but it’s a lot harder now with less sleep. My pinnacle recommendations are to get those curtains open, drink water right away to flush the body and hydrate, and take a quick shower. All those small actions spark the strength I need to take on the day. Oh, and for time-saving, it also helps to equip your clothes for the day!
After I fed the dog and Jax, I made my breakfast. I’m a creature of habit, and my preferred recipe after I’m short on time is a protein smoothie: one scoop of oats, scoops of chocolate protein powder, ice, one banana, and unsweetened almond milk. Blitz collectively, and it tastes like a chocolate milkshake!
I was once asked if I should do the five-minute makeup task and laughed: my entire routine takes less than minutes! I let my hair dry, obviously, and put on easy makeup. The biggest part of getting ready is breast pumping as I brush my teeth!
I plan my workout routines each Sunday and intend to get in 3-5 a week, scheduling around my sleep or pressure levels. Usually, I will be part of a group session in the gym or teach with a friend; however, nowadays, I do a touch workout at home with my Evian bottle. Hydrating efficaciously after exercising is critical for retaining your body’s exceptional functioning.
Afternoon:
You have to work on balancing a hectic lifestyle with wellness each day. I use a scheduling app to plan my week, enabling me to keep my mind in check. I’ve swapped my never-ending to-do list for three easy daily tasks. Some days, I must remind myself that it’s okay if all I do is preserve life. Today, I feel like a superwoman.
When I achieve a ten or eleven on the stressed-out scale, I take myself off to the beach or the woods to clear my head and speak with my husband when he’s home. Asking for help is not something to be embarrassed about if it makes you a happier individual with a high-quality mindset.
My job is 24/7, so I constantly discover myself operating. I’m either filming, sharing my workout routines on Instagram Stories, or speaking with my online clients around the sector. I suppose I’ll be in London for conferences like these days. In that case, I aim to walk rather than use the Underground as it’s an incredible manner to interchange off, pass your frame, and rehydrate so your mind is targeted for anything next.
